From the beginning call to Jackson and speaking to Cassidy, we knew that we were calling the right company. Jamie came out to look at the system. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He is very respectful and has a wonderful work ethic. We cannot say enough good things about Jackson AC.

You want to call them 1st! We recently had both of our units go out.. it was excruciating in the house. They sent a technician out almost immediately. We ended up getting a new unit simply because it was a better option. They do not push you to buy anything or try and oversell you something you don’t need. Everyone we worked with went above and beyond for us. Truly, we won’t ever use another company. 1000/10

It's always great to receive prompt, courteous, and cheerful customer service. Britt S. performed our maintenance service this time and was very helpful. He also gave us some great tips on maintaining our unit!
